Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she started participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. In 2017, she was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant Model, model, and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 at which point she stopped the sport of gymnastics. She earned her Professional Card within a year and was 17. So becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel left for six years from the stage in order to complete her education at college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 continued previous performances, in which she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after the initial event for a number of years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. In 2009, four more fitness titles were added to her list. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competition to finish her college degree. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished in third place. Summer of 2016, she took home her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months she took to the Olympia stage, and was awarded the sixth position at the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have placed 6th within the fitness division despite being completely unprepared. Ariel was competing against the best. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs with a single arm on a pull-up machine and sitting rows. Ariel will warm-up prior to working on the sets. Ariel is extremely efficient with her time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all her exercises in the back. This involves three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
