Katherine Jean Bolduan, also called her professional name Kate Bolduan, is an American journalist from the United States. Most well-known is her role as the anchorperson of the CNN's At This Hour morning show. She was also co-anchored CNN morning programs New Day, and The Situation Room. Bolduan is a member of CNN's winning presidential election coverage from 2012. Bolduan also worked as a correspondent for Congress based in Washington DC covering the activities of the US House and the senate. As a member of the Capitol Hill Unit Bolduan reported on the legislative cycle and other congressional activities, including discussions to raise the federal debt limit and super committee discussion. The work she has done for her general assignments included reports on the Christmas Day Bombing, Obamacare's Supreme Court Decision and implementation of the stimulus program by the government in 2009. She began working for CNN Newsource in 2007. She worked as a CNN Newsource national correspondent, offering breaking news and feature reports to over 800 CNN Newsource affiliated stations. She previously worked with NBC News MSNBC, WTVD-TV as well as WTVD-TV. The woman currently lives in New York City with her husband and two children.
